Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers the one-time membership and service fees charged by Ono Credit.

1. Membership

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once your case processing has begun, except where required by law.

2. Service fees

Fees paid for documentation, issuance and similar services are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been rendered.

3. Fixed deposit

Your FD remains your asset, held with the partner institution and lien-marked as security. FD closure/withdrawal follows the partner's and RBI's terms.

4. How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your Lead ID. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
